Yes — it's a gentle, non-invasive therapy safe for all ages, from babies to seniors.
A few exceptions include; a recent or healing foot fracture, open wound on the feet/legs, on active gout, certain reflexes in pregnancy (explained in the course), on top of varicose veins (phlebitis), blood clotting disorder (thrombosis or embolism), untreated heart condition, 3rd or 4th stage cancer patient (ok but consult oncologist first), and uncontrolled blood pressure.
Healing is very individual and based on some things that you can control and some things you can't.
