The techniques are greatly detailed and the feet maps, the daily practice and the tutorials make it so easy to tailor a regular routine for anyone. Everything makes so much sense together. I haven’t done all the exercises from Holly yet but the ones I did for bunions were very helpful. That additional section is so complementary to the reflexology course that I am excited to have that as additional support to target specific issues. Awesome!!
